Cleanliness and staff.

Having to pay to use a gym and Internet, most hotels have these features standard.

Great hotel, yet a a business traveler I need access to Internet and prefer to use a gym after returning from a client, this hotel did not offer these amenities without an extra cost.

The grounds were beautiful.

Although the security doors leading to the outside were appreciated they were loud when they closed.

Nicely upgraded 50's style motel with buildings connected by a covered and enclosed walkway. Beautiful grounds in a nice residential area with easy access to shopping and restaurants.
